This is an eight week course for members of Learning in Retirement on intergenerational leadership and learning.  We will meet Friday afternoons from 1-3 pm.

After the course participants will be able to:

1.     Identify issues of concern to multiple generations.

2.     Describe intergenerational models that contribute to healthy human development, stronger families and more cohesive, caring communities.

3.     Tailor model programs, utilize intergenerational practices and build on local assets to address a local need.

4.     Build on leadership skills by working proactively and collaboratively with individuals and organizations that have a shared commitment to strengthening intergenerational relations.

5.     Propose, develop/modify, implement, and evaluate an intergenerational program, event, activity, or policy.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion. After the course we will provide support for implementing the projects you have begun including a discussion forum on this site and monthly meetings.  In September, 2018 there will be a celebration and sharing of your projects!
